This site describes the services offered by Mindtude and provides general information about mental health. It is published for information only.

What it is not

• It is not medical or clinical advice. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for speaking with a qualified professional about your own situation.
• It does not create a therapist–client relationship. Reading this site, emailing us, or booking a consultation does not by itself make you a client. That relationship begins only when you and a Mindtude clinician have completed intake and agreed to work together.
• It is not a crisis service. See the notice above.
