Terms of Use
Last updated 9 September 2026
These terms apply when you use mindtude.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this website is
This site describes the services offered by Mindtude and provides general information about mental health. It is published for information only.
What it is not
- It is not medical or clinical advice. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for speaking with a qualified professional about your own situation.
- It does not create a therapist–client relationship. Reading this site, emailing us, or booking a consultation does not by itself make you a client. That relationship begins only when you and a Mindtude clinician have completed intake and agreed to work together.
- It is not a crisis service. See the notice above.
Using the site
You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, to disrupt its operation, or to copy or scrape its contents for commercial use.
Content and trade marks
The text, design, logo, and images on this site belong to Mindtude or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read, print, and share pages for your own personal or non-commercial use. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.
Client reviews shown on this site are quoted from published reviews on third-party platforms and remain the words of the people who wrote them.
Links to other sites
We link to third-party sites such as Healthgrades and LinkedIn for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors, or that it will always be available or uninterrupted. Details such as availability, insurance participation, and fees can change; please confirm with us directly before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindtude is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits the responsibilities a licensed clinician owes to a client in the course of care.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
